How will Each of the Major Parties Achieve the Global Goals?

In 10 days' time, millions of Australians will vote for the future leader of the country, taking a stand for economic, social and environmental issues. How does each of the major party's policies stack up in reference to the achievement of the Global Goals?

To be as fair as possible, the Global Goals Australia Campaign has referred to policies on each of the major parties' websites, not conducting any further research into any particular party in order to avoid showing favouritism. Each of the policies have been analysed against the 17 goals and their 169 targets.

We recognise that some policies for certain parties may be stronger, albeit fewer. We encourage all voting Australians to visit each individual party website to analyse these policies for themselves.

For further information, please visit the Liberal Party website, the Labor Party website or the Greens Party website.

The Global Goals Australia Campaign is proud to have a fantastic working relationship with each of the major parties after securing commitments from each of the parties towards the achievement of the Global Goals at the 2016 election. We look forward to working with the victorious party or parties to continue towards Australia's achievement of these 17 goals and their 169 targets after Saturday's election results are announced.
